The Genesis Consulting Leadership Programme has been designed to support senior management within businesses to support and grow their business. The objective is to equip the key decision makers with the skills and confidence you need to drive your business forward and achieve your objectives. 

Participants will learn new business models and skills required to push their organisation forward, develop personal competencies to increase their contribution to organisational success and develop the ability to deliver real business results in areas of strategic leadership.  They will benefit from the sharing of ideas and initiatives across the business community.

Our support either 1-2-1 or group based, will be structured to be stages in a business development process. The focus of every session will be for the participants to leave with specific action steps to implement once back in their organisations. Our bespoke support is designed to cater for your unique needs through our 3-day programme:

Stage One – Business Analysis;

You will work with mentors to establish existing performance of the business, to develop a holistic view of your business and identify your company’s key strategic drivers.

Stage Two – Management Development;

Learning delivered by experienced business professionals in areas of Business strategy, Business models, Sales, Operations Management and Business simulation. Alternatively you can continue to work with your mentor on a 1-2-1 basis. Alternatively you can continue to work with your mentor on a 1-2-1 basis.

Stage Three - Strategy;

Our mentors work alongside you to assist in the development of your future vision objectives and key performance indicators allowing more efficient and effective management in the future.
